Alright, I just found out that my husband was not given an account with Marine Federal Credit Union; instead with Pacific Marine Credit Union.
So I tried to call THEM and add myself to the account with my PoA, but they claim that they cannot add me. My husband has to do it at his PMCU branch. Which he cannot do.
So my previous blog was a waste of time, at least as far as PMCU is conncerned. MFCU might work for people at Parris Island, or maybe a certain number of recruits at San Diego.
My advice: if you think your recruit is at MFCU, call and ask if your recruit even has an account before you send paperwork.
