Trip Jitters

Tomorrow is the day that I am taking Gray somewhere that is less than 30 minutes away from home. I know that, logically, everything will be fine as long as I pack everything Gray and I might need for a three day trip. Well more like two and a quarter. I will be heading to Danny and my hometown to visit my best friend for her babyshower. Of course, I will also be visiting all of my family including the in-laws. Its going to prove to be a very exhausting trip!

The logistics of the trip are rather daunting, but I made a couple of lists (I am an organizer) and I think I have a pretty good idea of what I will need.

• Gray's bag (six pairs of clothes, church clothes, diapers, shoes, hats)
• My bag (three pairs of clothes+ church outfit)
• Diaper Bag (MORE diapers, wipes, desitin)
• Purse (if I go anywhere without Gray)
• Infant carrier
• Car Seat/ car seat base
• Boppy (easiest feeding method)
• LOTS of diapers (are you getting the drift that Gray goes through a lot of diapers)

I am sure that tomorrow, when I am halfway there, I will think of more stuff. Hopefully it doesnt end up being something that I can't pick up and a small town grocery store.

In other news, Gray is one month old today! I realized the special occasion as I was taking a shower with the baby after he spit up all over himself. Poor little mammas boy.
